the definition of Rival:

A person or thing competing with another for the same objective or for superiority in the same field of activity:

so why the strange spelling. We took the first and middle name of our son and created Ryvel. Add on Fit, and you’ve got yourself a name that encompasses strength, speed,enduranc and grit. Everything needed and required to out perform the competition. Welcome to your new normal.

Process

We offer a 7 day trial for you to play around and see what we have to offer. When you’re ready to commit, you start by completing a form relating to your fitness experience and current level of comfort. We will use this information as a starting point when designing your custom training program. We also offer training templates that can used as  general guide for training.

Training

Before you can dive into the meat and potatoes of your training program, we need to have some baseline tests completed. These tests will vary depending on the type of training your beginning. Your baseline test results will be used to build your custom training plan and you will retest periodically to see how your fitness is improving.

Results

During your intake process, you’ll answer questions about what your goals are. These goals are used to assist with building your custom training plan and as a gauge to see how your our progressing. Moving closer to your goal means we are on track. Moving in the other direction, or a goal has changed, then your plan will be adjusted.
